Hammer of the Gods: From the Adventures of Tom O'Harrow
BACK IN STOCK!
From the Adventures of Tom O’ Harrow.
If you want to insult him, call him Saint Thomas of the Harrowing. But you better do it
behind his back and at a safe distance. He’s the bastard son of Mab, queen of the Unseelie
Court and True Thomas of ancient Earth. Banished from the realms for unspeakable war
crimes, he’s lived the last 800 years on our world. These days he works as a mercenary,
taking on tough, dirty jobs against the more unruly elements of the Supernature.
Now the most dangerous job of all has landed in his lap. The ancient super weapon
called Mjölnir, the hammer of Thor, was last seen on the battlefields of Ragnarök, when the
old gods died. It was considered lost forever, until a mystery woman walked into a bar with
it. She gave it to Tom for safekeeping, except it’s anything but safe.
Everyone wants the hammer and seems willing to kill Tom to get it. In fact, they’d
prefer it if Tom died in the process of obtaining it. Old enemies, old friends, agents of the US
government, the sorcerer/scientist Daedalus, and various gods and monsters are after him,
who can’t run far enough or fast enough to complete his mission. One thing everyone
agrees on: no matter what, a villain like Tom can’t be trusted with that kind of power.
