This is the only panel completed for one of Bill’s abandoned story ideas. It seems Bill abandons lots of story ideas (and continues with others, of course). In this case Bill really wanted to draw a pulp hero in a mask and snap-brim fedora. It’s a classic look that will never completely go out of style (hearkening to an age when both men’s and women’s fashions still had a lot of style). This art doesn’t come with ownership or publication rights.
